山本氏は、東京大学卒、やまやコミュニケーションズ株式会社の代表取締役です。山本氏の父親が1974年に自宅の厨房で「明太子」を作った経緯と、世界中に店舗やサービスを展開するワールドクラスの博多料理へと進化した経緯について語っていただきます。

日本フェンシング連盟の理事も務める山本氏。ゴルフが趣味で、世界中を旅してきました。

We are pleased to announce that Masahide Yamamoto will be our WIN guest speaker on February 3rd.
Mr. Yamamoto is the CEO of YAMAYA Communications, Inc., the famous “mentaiko” (Spicy Cod Roe) company based in Fukuoka. He will tell us the story of how Yamamoto san”s father made Yamaya’s original “mentaiko” in his own kitchen in 1974 and how it has evolved into a world-class Hakata cuisine with shops and services all over the world.

Masahide Yamamoto, a Fukuoka native, is a graduate of Tokyo University. He was also a board member of the Japan Fencing Federation. He is an ardent golfer and has traveled all over the world. He is a family man, married to a lovely woman and has two daughters and one son.
He looks forward to meeting you February 3rd.
